Who we are
This website, getsecondpaycheck.com ("Second Paycheck"), is operated by Felipe Barganier, licensed insurance agent, GAB International. Contact: fbarganier@gabint.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us in our forms: your first name, state, email address, mobile phone number, your answers to the plan check, the figures you enter in the calculator, and questions you submit to Ask Felipe.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, the website or ad that referred you, and general device and browser information, through cookies and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.
How we use it
- To prepare your Second Paycheck report and respond to your request.
- To contact you by email, phone or text message about retirement income and insurance options, if you agreed to that.
- To answer questions submitted to Ask Felipe. Published answers never include your name or contact details.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet legal, licensing and compliance obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we never sell or rent it to other agents or lead buyers. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as hosting, scheduling, email and customer-management software, who may use it only to provide those services to us; with insurance carriers if you choose to apply for a product; and when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Second Paycheck by GAB International sends texts about your report, appointment reminders, and follow-up on retirement income questions you asked about.
- How you opt in: by checking the consent box on our plan check form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages a week while your request is active.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email fbarganier@gabint.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing fbarganier@gabint.com. Residents of some states, including California, have additional privacy rights; we will honor those requests as the law requires.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
